ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Hotel cancellation policies are extremely strict, so we would appreciate all accommodation requirements to be finalised by 25 June 2020.


INSURANCE

It is recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should cover medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.


PERSONAL INFORMATION

We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting your personal information provided when registering. The personal information we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise manage will abide by the Privacy ACT 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles.


PURPOSE FOR INFORMATION COLLECTED

Generally, we only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was collected. For example:

1. Conference information and updates
2. Providing information and updates
3. Providing invoices for conference registration payment
4. Notifying receipt of payment
5. Confirming adjustments requested by you


FAILURE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION

If the personal information provided is incomplete and/or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you with conference related notifications. Please contact Alignment Event Solutions should you not receive a receipt of registration once submitted to ensure we have your correct contact details.

Should you receive an email from Alignment Event Solutions which is not conference related, please email isabella@alignmentevents.com.au or call (02) 4267 2225 immediately.
